Chris Collins
Chris, owner of Brookglade, has initiated and managed numerous commercial and residential development projects in the UK, including the two million square feet Heron Quays development in London’s Docklands (which involved pioneering offices in Docklands and buildings actually standing in water). This development is now part of Canary Wharf. The Brookglade Group was founded in 1982.
David Homersham
David has lived in the Algarve for the past 22 years. David, with Chris Collins, has been responsible for the planning and development of the project. He has worked in the property sector for many years, and from his knowledge of the way of life in the Algarve, has contributed greatly to the designs and amenities to be found in the village.

John Levitt
John is a Chartered Engineer with over 40 years experience in construction and development in the UK, Zambia, Nigeria, the Oman and Portugal. He has been Managing Director of Vale do Lobo for Costain, of Parque de Floresta golf development from the start until sold with 120 houses already constructed, is Planning and Technical Director for Almada de Ouro, a golf course development beside the river Guadiana and a member of the team of Herdade de Corte Velho, also beside the Guadiana.

Tonino Stabile
Originally from Italy, Tonino has brought to “The Savannahs” his extensive international experience of hotel and business management, with long term project work in Thailand, Morocco, Sardinia and especially Portugal. Tonino was responsible for the building and operation of various hotel projects for the world renowned “Le Meridien” chain of hotels and has won various accolades including “best Asia Resort hotel of 2004” and “Top Le Meriden Hotel and Resort”. As General Manager of The Savannahs Village, he is responsible for collaborating with architects on the design of the Village, Spa, Clubhouse and commercial outlets within the Commercial centre as well as managing the village itself.

Charlie Dimmock
Charlie is an English gardening expert and presenter. She first came to the public's attention in 1998, when she joined the BBC TV gardening series Ground Force which has transformed countless gardens, including those of famous people, such as Nelson Mandela.
Since then, she has presented such programmes as The Joy of Gardening, Charlie's Garden Army and she has also presented coverage of the Chelsea Flower Show.
Her books include Enjoy Your Garden, and the Ground Force Water Garden Workbook. She writes for the national press and has her own CD-Rom: Charlie Dimmock's Water Garden Designer.
